Do you know the books from Keri Smith? I enjoy them a lot. By the first book I got from her - "Wreck this journal"- I really lost my frustration when a side in my sketchbook was not that successful or when my book became damaged. To me- as a perfectionist in art- it was a great help and opening for me and my work.
