Healthy living

Since my fastingcure I´m busy with thinking about healthy food. What is healthy food? How can I prepare it? What is the right rhythm for me to eat?
I´m still not sure about the answers. I found a nice and inspiring blog. I read many magazines and books about healthy living. And I really feel like eating healthy- in comparison to how I did before.
Now: while my fastingcure I lost 13 lbs (6kg). I felt very comfortable with my body: nice shape, very fit and after starting sports again I loved my muscles. I knew that some lbs would come back of course. But I kept my weight very long. Now I´m nearly back at my old weight and I hate to see that number on the scale.
The worst thing is that I don´t know how and when that happened. It´s not easy for me to see my body as others do, so I don´t know if some of the weight is a result of my musles. But I know that I don´t have the shape I felt so comfortable with anymore.
All this means I´m on a trip, finding the right way for me to eat. During this time I love to remind me of the time we spent in Florence. That kind of treating food was so easygoing. And I know that I lost some weight without even thinking about it. The question:
Was that only a summer phenomenon? Isn´t it important what you eat as long as you keep some hours between? Was it walking nearly all day long? Does thinking too much about food stop losing weight?

First breakfast

Typical italian white bread, croissant filled with vanillacream

No day without Carabè icecream

For lunch
Pizza, Panini, Sandwich, Bruschetta

Snacks
Fresh peach from the market, watermelon, tartlet with vanillafilling and chocolatecream

For dinner on the camping terrace
Pasta, Lasagne, Polenta, Fresh salad

Maybe I have to give away all my storage and just buy what I want to eat that day or moment. It´s just so difficult.
